Terms of Service

These terms govern use of LeadOS, a customer-relationship and messaging platform provided by The Bumblebee Branding Company ("we", "us"). By using LeadOS you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. Accounts and workspaces

• LeadOS is organised into workspaces. Your access is controlled by the workspace administrator, who may add, restrict or remove users.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LeadOS to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not consented to hear from you where consent is required.
• Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other workspaces, or connected systems.
• Interfere with or place undue load on the service.

Messaging through third-party channels is additionally subject to the rules of those channels — including the WhatsApp Business Platform policies and the sending policies of email providers. Breaching them may result in those channels restricting or suspending your access, which is outside our control.

3. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the content you put into LeadOS. You grant us the limited right to host and process it in order to operate the service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you upload or import, and for honouring opt-outs and deletion requests from the people it relates to.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Connected accounts

LeadOS can connect to third-party services at your direction — for example a Google account for sending email, or a WhatsApp Business provider. You are responsible for having the right to connect those accounts. We use the access you grant solely to provide the features you requested, and you may disconnect at any time. Availability of those features depends on the third party and may change if they alter or withdraw their service.

5. Availability and support

We aim to keep LeadOS available and reliable, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features. Where a change is material, we will give workspace administrators reasonable notice.

6. Fees

Where a subscription or usage fee applies, it is as agreed with your organisation. Non-payment may result in suspension of access. Third-party messaging costs — such as WhatsApp conversation charges or email sending volumes — may be billed by those providers or passed through, as agreed.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LeadOS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, where use poses a security or legal risk, or where required by law. On termination we will make your workspace data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, LeadOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified to workspace administrators where practicable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
